Hydrochlorothiazide thrombocytopenia

SCLE presents as a small, erythematous, scaly papular eruption in a photosensitive distribution that subsequently leads to a psoriasiform or annular lesion. When cliniy appropriate direct change from monotherapy to the fixed combination may be considered in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled. The usual maintenance dose of Losartan potassium/Hydrocorothiazide is one tablet of Losartan potassium/Hydrocorothiazide 50 mg/12.5 mg (losartan 50 mg/HCTZ 12.5 mg) once daily.

Lithium and trazodone

Combining these medications can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition ed the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience these symptoms while taking the medications. Is this a good or bad combo and does anyone have any experiences? This is suppose to be my new psych meds/treatment & I was just wonderin what to expect & see if anyone has any experience with all or any of these meds.
